Mr. Reifinger

My name is TJ Reifinger. I am 37 years old and grew up in Southern California. My wife works for the Poudre Fire Authority, and we have a daughter who will be attending Ridgeview this year! I served in the United States Army as a Water Purification Specialist with 2 tours to Iraq after which I studied to be an IT Professional.  For the past 7 years, I worked as the Sales Manager at Computer Renaissance here in Fort Collins.

Where were you born and where have you lived?

I was born in Bloomington, Indiana. I have lived in:

Where did you attend university or college?

I attended Ivy Tech Community College as well as International Business College in Indianapolis, IN.

What kind of reading do you most enjoy doing?

The reading I most enjoy is Sci-Fi and Fantasy. My favorite author is Kurt Vonnegut.

What are the small essentials that make life more comfortable?

For me, the small essentials that make life more comfortable are the outside, time with my family, and the return of sports!

What are your favorite snacks?

My favorite snacks are Pistachios, M&Ms, and pretzels.

What do you do to unwind?

To unwind I hang out and play with my wife and daughter and 3 dogs. I also play golf.

How could a parent volunteer help you?

I think a parent volunteer could help me most by showing me a typical “day in the life” here at school. This is my first year so that would really help!
