President, Mr. Rankin
Mr. Rankin and his wife have five children: a 2021 Ridgeview graduate, three enrolled at RCS, and the fifth is homeschooled. He has been part of the Ridgeview community since 2016 when his oldest daughter enrolled in 8th grade. The Rankins were drawn to Ridgeview by the classical curriculum, the emphasis on character development, and the grassroots, community ownership nature of the school. Mr. Rankin grew up in Nebraska, moved to Fort Collins in 1996 after attending college in Iowa, and now works as a computer design engineer. When he isn't volunteering at RCS, chaperoning a class trip, or attending the weekly parents' book group, Mr. Rankin enjoys the outdoor life of Colorado on his bicycle, in his running shoes, or sitting on his deck on cool summer evenings.
